Please read before placing your order

• Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm. 

• Orders that require a specific delivery window requests may incur a VIP delivery charge. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted if an additional payment is required.

• The Flower Wonderer chooses the best in seasonal produce. Flower varieties may change depending on climate and availability with growers. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, the lifespan varies from bloom to bloom.

• Your cancellation rights Please ensure at least 36 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date is given to us in the event of cancellation. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If you cannot provide us with the above notice, we will only give a refund if preparation of your order has not yet commenced.
